SS. Cosmas and Damian Human Services Center is a non-profit adult home facility committed to providing the highest quality of health and personal care services to its residents in an affordable and most cost-effective manner. Sponsored by the Orthodox Church in America and licensed by the Department of Health of the State of New York, SS. Cosmas and Damian Human Services Center welcomes persons for whom maintaining a household has become difficult and offers the conveniences of a sheltered, safe environment with freedom and independence of movement. Persons are admitted to the Center without regard to race, color, creed, sex, age, national origin, or Veteran's status.

The Center recognizes that each resident is an individual created in the image and likeness of God and deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Thus, the Center strives to provide services that will help all residents to attain their maximum physical, social, psychological, and spiritual potential. This is accomplished at SS. Cosmas and Damian by a program that emphasizes education, stimulation, and individual growth supported by a staff that serves with competence, warmth, compassion, and understanding.
